Downtown Phoenix Chiropractor | Dr. Bradley Forbes, DC
“I’ll never forget that first adjustment. It was as if a huge weight was suddenly lifted from my shoulders. That’s when I decided I wanted to be a chiropractor.”

My Chiropractic Journey
“I was a skeptic,” admits Dr. Brad Forbes. An appointment was made for me to see a local chiropractor for headaches I was experiencing almost daily after a high school rugby injury. I was reluctant but went to humor my parents.
“It was incredible,” continues Dr. Forbes. “I’ll never forget that first adjustment. It was as if a huge weight was suddenly lifted from my shoulders. That’s when I decided I wanted to be a chiropractor.”
Education
Dr. Forbes began his pre-chiropractic education at CSU where he studied the basic sciences such as inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, biology, along with basic physiology and anatomy courses.
After completing his study there, he was accepted at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. During his four years at Palmer, courses included biochemistry, a major emphasis on anatomy and human physiology, X-ray, diagnosis, chiropractic adjusting techniques and patient care in the Palmer College Public Clinic.
Practice Philosophy
“We love skeptics,” smiles Dr. Forbes. “I still remember the concerns and apprehension I had when I went to the chiropractor for the first time. So we make it a point to explain everything in advance, answer questions and attempt to over communicate. Patients appreciate that.”
About Me
Dr. Forbes has two wonderful children, Jade and Shamus. Both children are very active in school, sports, music, Boy Scouts, and church activities.
Much like his patients, Dr. Forbes utilizes regular chiropractic care along with healthy eating habits, proper posture, ergonomics, and a workout regimen to counteract the stresses of a hectic lifestyle.
